DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries: Items that are available (in stock) are dispatched within 1-2 working days after receipt of full payment, with delivery usually taking place within 3-5 working days, if the delivery is in a Major City Centre.

Please note: Deliveries are usually made in the morning before 12h00 (midday) working days Monday to Friday (and Saturdays at a nominal extra fee) however please allow until 5pm for delivery.

All deliveries need to be accepted and signed for, therefore it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the delivery information is complete and accurate and a person will be available at the nominated address to accept delivery. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by the provision of incorrect or incomplete addresses as our courier will only make one delivery attempt.
If an order is returned to us undelivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address or non-receipt, we will not be able to re-deliver. Should this happen, we will refund the amount paid by you, less delivery charges incurred.

Should you not receive your order within 7 days, there might have been a problem with the delivery, please contact us so that we may provide you with a tracking number and contact details to follow up with the couriers.


Cancellations: To cancel your orders please notify us quoting your order number. If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, please read the returns information here. 

Collections from our Johannesburg office are welcome, providing arrangements have been made and confirmed. Once your order has been paid for, processed and packed you can collect from our offices weekdays between 10h00 - 15h30 using details below. You are also able to pay when you collect either via card or cash. Service fees for credit card payments will be applicable.

Shipping outside of South Africa: Currently we only deliver throughout South Africa. For orders to our neighboring countries eg. Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, please contact us so that we may provide you with a quotation.


Please note: All goods are subject to availability. While we endeavor to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders and purchases, if we have insufficient stock to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you, we will attempt to contact you using the details you have provided to us to inquire as to how to proceed. We may, at our discretion, process any part of the order which is available. Where items are out of stock, we will refund you the price paid for such items, by means account credit or in the manner that payment was received, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
All prices displayed on the website include VAT. A Tax invoice will be included in the delivery box however an electronic copy will be available upon request once the order has been processed.


M de Wet Promotions reserves the right to refuse to process any order or to decline a confirmed order due to the following reasons:
In the event of a technical or a typographic error in the prices products description displayed on the website at the time of the order being processed.
Due to lack of availability.
Any indication that the request may be fraudulent.
When M de Wet Promotions has not been able to deliver the order to the address provided.
In these cases, M de Wet Promotions will reimburse fully the amounts that have been paid, excluding delivery charges.
